I ALWAYS PLAY HALO 3 AND MY HOTMAIL GOT HACKED AND MY XBOXLIVE ACCOUNT WAS LINKED TO IT AND WHOEVER HACKED MY HOTMAIL ACCOUNT HACKED MY XBOXLIVE ACCOUNT ASWELL FOR A MONTH AND I COMPLAINED SO MANY TIMES NO ONE HELPED ME AND WHEN I FINALLY GOT MY HOTMAIL BACK I CHANGED ALL THE PASSWORDS FOR ALL MY ACCOUNTS AND WHEN I PUT IN HALO 3 TO PLAY ONLINE IT SAID YU HAVE PERMANENTLY BEEN BANNED FROM HALO 3 FOR NO REASON AND BECAUSE OF THE PERSON THAT HACKED ME I CANT PLAY MY FAVOURITE GAME.

Anyways, I suggest you contact Xbox via Phone, tell them your story, which is a little on the far fetched side, and hope for the best. As for the OPs problem, Xbox Support will be no use to you, as far as the Halo 3 ban hammer is concerned, regardless of who had control of your account, was breaking the rules.
They don’t have a ban appeal system.
Don’t cheat and you won’t get banned. You are probably one of the people I run into that kicks people offline because they can’t win.

Most people who are “hacked”, made the foolish mistake of giving someone their login info and password. “hacked” lobby people often say they will do something great with your profile, but they need your password to do it. The internet is rife with people naive enough to believe this, and rampant with “hackers”.
Long story short, dont share your info with ANYONE. And i mean ANYONE. Especially people who ask for your password. There is NO exploit that they can apply to your profile, so don’t give up your password. EVER!!!
Change your new password to something fairly complex. You’d be surprised how many people think “password” is a clever/hard to crack password.
Start a new account. Everyone else in Halo 3 is on their 4th, 5th or even 6th account anyway.
