I got banned for too long

I left like less than 10 matches and I get banned for 60 minutes? 60 for that? I thought it was 10 minutes like Reach but 60 freaking minutes? This game is broken. 343i is disappointing me.

Yeah, the new time is rather Draconian and the notion of JIP should’ve removed the quit ban…but I still don’t get the appeal of quitting out so much.
