I got banned by making a post about why Halo 6 could possibly fail, I used the word ********************warning if you are a sensitive dude who could cry if you read the word -------- its on the spoilers section and if you’re a moderator and you cried, please, please don’t ban me, I will probably jump out of a plane and cry while I feel so bad by you banning me.

Yes, other people are already sucking off the mods and saying its justified because those are “forum rules”. Someone mature enough can’t be seriously offended by it, can they? and if so a warning would be enough, not banning me for 14 days. This game is focused on young kids that’s why. But I don’t understand it. Also apart of the halo lore in multiplayer you’re either using dart guns or paint ball guns. Also don’t talk about moderator decisions so you’re getting a big ban here.

So you knowingly violated the Code of Conduct you agreed to when joining this site, then knowingly broke the rules about publicly discussing moderator decisions, in an immature way no less, and you also for some reason tried shilling for some YouTube channel? You don’t need profanity or anything like that to make valid critical points, I do it plenty. All it shows is an unwillingness to handle things constructively.

It doesn’t matter how mature someone is or not, it’s a rule. Rules are meant to be followed or you will be punished.
Some stuff will get you a warning. Other stuff will get you banned. Insulting someone on these forums regardless of the word used will get you banned.
I should know, I’ve been banned plenty of times or insulting people.
The mods do not abuse their power and when someone gets banned, they most definitely deserve it. The very last of the pinned posts are the Waypoint Forum Rules. This thread is present on every subforums on Waypoint for everyone to read.
