Today, a friend of mine got me 4 Gold REQ Packs, but when I checked my REQ Packs, none of them were there. What happened? Is the gifting REQ Packs discontinued all of a sudden?
Could be a few things really, try a hard reset, maybe it’s still processing, maybe they got the wrong gamer tag, maybe they lied to you and got the packs for themselves.

No, it was the right gamertag. I got the default message about the Halo 5: Guardians gifted REQ Pack.

I would try a hard reset. I had to do one today when I started up my Xbox so it would connect to the req system. Also did another one because a level would load in warzone just a blackscreen with the circle of death.
Hard reset fixes everything. When in doubt, hard reset.

Actually, I believe that friend of mine apparently copied and paste the same special automated message four times to fool me to think that I got those gifts. Apparently, they never appeared, so I believe this friend of mine is not a trusted.
