I was looking at it 10mins ago and noticed the transaction was 0, so I downloaded it and its working so I jumped on to forums to yell about it but I noticed all the threads already.
A week of playing the probably -Yoink- maps is plenty time for me 
A free trial sounds like bs I have never for any game been given free access to downloadable content before.
I got spec codes for free and dlc for free LE buyers I think kinda got jipped.
