So the other day, I quit a few matches in Reach (one rage quit, one important phone call quit, and one I-had-way-too-much-coffee-can’t-wait-any-longer quit) and it’s been telling me every time I launch the game “you have left too many games recently blah blah blah”.
Thing is, it’s been three days and for some reason it’s really annoying me. How long does this last? Or should I just quit a match and take the ban so it’ll shut up, or will it remain?
If you think that’s bad, I got credit banned a few days ago. It popped up at the beginning of a game saying that I had been temporarily banned. Fair enough, I knew what I did wrong and I’m happy to accept the ban.
Throughout the game the icon popped up three times, getting me killed twice.
I have no idea who thought that was a good idea or how long it’s going to last. All I know is that it’s annoying and it doesn’t go away fast enough.

Quits probations are a pain in the neck at times. Once on probation any quit will award you a 10 minute ban from MM. The probation lasts for 48 hours from your last quit game. So there in lies the problem. Once on probation if you quit, lag out, DDosed from a game or get booted from a game it counts as a quit, gives you another 10 minute ban and resets the probation for another 48 hours.
So if you keep on quitting or are having disconnection problems the probation can go on for days or even weeks.
Dude… I have this note since about 2 weeks.
I’m not quitting anymore on purpose. But what can i do if my connection fails? It does sometimes. OR if the game is unbearable laggy + leaving team members?
I guess this ban will stick with me forever…

You should stop playing if your network is unreliable, it really makes the experience suck for other people in your game when one man is gone.
The quit ban intentionally picks up people who lag out of games.

The connection itself is good, but it happens sometimes that it reboots itself, of course exactly when I’m playing. That’s a normal habit with w-lan rooters.
Btw, today I got betrayed for power weapons in Team Slayer in almost EVERY game I played, so it’s equal to me if I’d destroy another ones experience, mine gets destroyed almost every match I play. A pity since reach has still so much potential, if there weren’t so many -Yoinks!- playing it…
