I have been waiting to see if a Halo Infinite limited edition was coming out but still nothing so I went to my local GameStop and pre ordered the game in store but I’m still getting some bonuses I got the game campaign and multiplayer the pre order bonus which is a special weapon skin a emblem and armor skin and since I am a GameStop pro member I got a really cool bonus that only pro members can get and not a lot of pro members will get one but I got one that is sat aside that I will get when I go in store and pick up the game as soon as the store opens on December 8th and I’m going to get the steelbook case from bestbuy.com after the game is out so Im making my own limited edition of HI (Halo Infinite) the reason I post this is because of how things have been going and very few people have been able to get new Halo anything (such as the console and Halo elite controller) and more than likely the limited or collectors edition that releases (if there will be one) may not be fully available and people can do there own thing and still get so awesome stuff with the game if they can’t get a special edition or something. Sorry this post is so long

The days of limited editions of games has slowly been dying over the years. The Halo 5 limited collectors edition was vastly overpriced and the Halo 4 one just sucked. About the only collectors edition of infinite out there is the pre-orders that come with the steel book (retailers call that a collectors edition, not me). And everybody gets DLC for pre-ordering. Honestly I’m just gonna play it on GamePass and save the money since I’m not getting anything extra worthwhile.
What is this “really cool bonus that only pro members can get and not a lot of pro members will get” you speak of?
Even as a pro member myself, I’ve heard nothing of additional bonuses.
I miss the old days of scalpers not buying up every item and ruining the availability for the fans. I am glad you got your preorder in through GameStop and I hope the bonuses they offer are nice. I guess I am just going to play Infinite through the PC Game Pass. Might buy it on Steam for the achievements but it would be nice if Steam also offered in game content if you buy the game on their store.
