I found a target that went down after I shot it. I can’t find an additional target. I grabbed the sniper that was in the encampment looked around and couldn’t find another “target”. I did get jumped by a jackal. That respawned I While looking around.
What I mean by it went down is that it sunk into the rock.

What did the target look like? It was like a straight up classic archery looking target?
I have. In two locations. Both where you collect sniper rifles in the open world. One had three targets at separate distances on the top of rocks and one where you have to go through a cave to get to a sparten core and when you look out of the cave you see two targets flanking a grunt plushie.

I’m wondering if this is a easter egg and the targets have to be shot in a certain order to trigger it. This is the first I’ve seen of someone else seeing them aside from me.
Kinda. More like a prone target with head and shoulders if that makes sense, with a bullseye in the middle of it. Black target with white bullseye.
I have not seen these targets. Perhaps they might be an Easter egg linked to one of the two campaign stances no one has unlocked yet

I found them at this spot too and did shoot all 3 but nothing happened…. Unless you are supposed to shoot them from a distance with the sniper rifle, as I shot them up close…. Hmmmm…
I found a few other targets. They all just fall over now like I’d expect them too. It may have been an Easter egg, that’s why I wrote this article/thread, but it way have just been a glitch. There are targets scattered all over the map. The chances I get them all in the right combo are super slim. I didn’t shoot them all with sniper rifles, ammo was kinda scarce at the moment.
I’m just glad I wasn’t the only one that seen them.
Hopefully someone will figure it out.
I think I found a 3ed one. There was only 1 target, to the right of a sniper rifle. Does anyone know what they’re for yet ?

You’re probably right. They are kind of out of place since it’s a warzone. It’s probably why the marines are all captured.
