Kind of. Here’s what I found… I was on here, (halowaypoint.com) and I was going through my REQ’s buying packs and selling weapons and vehicles I don’t use. All of a sudden while I was selling single use REQ’s… I clicked on the “yes” to selling the REQ like 3-5 times quickly, and I noticed the REQ amount go from “35” to “33”. I tried it again, and it worked. I then tried vehicles and it worked there too. This is somewhat of a solution to the tedious selling REQs… one… at… a… time. Hopefully if Warzone is brought to Halo: Infinite, a sell multiple REQ’s will be provided… until then, here you are.
Be aware I have only tried this on a computer/laptop right on the halowaypoint.com website! I’m not sure if this would work on mobile devices or in-game. I would think it doesn’t?
Here are the steps:
From anywhere on halowaypoint.com, go to “games” and click Halo 5: Guardians, then go to “requisitions”
From here select whatever category you want to sell something from, as in your mongooses or storm rifles you don’t use. You can do this with boosts too.
Select the item, and click “sell card”
IMPORTANT PART: when you are prompted to click “yes”, click it about 3-5 times or more. The faster the better. You will see multiple REQ’s items sold at once vs. the one at a time. You will be granted your correct amount of REQ points so you can use to buy more silver or gold packs.

There was one on google chrome you could download, but it has not been up for years due to copyright infringement from what I remember, if correct.
