I found 343i new slogan.

All the Fans and consumers will look up and shout “Save Halo!”… and I’ll [343i] look down and whisper “No.”

Lol, this made me giggle

-stolen from a meme-

“Of all these flavors…and you choose to be salty”

Reminds me, I really need to organize my image bookmarks…

No, that’s Microsoft’s slogan.

343 and microsoft are one in the same…for the most part.

343 is the one who have made the decisions that have ruined halo thus far, not microsoft, thus the blame falls to 343

Ruined for you.

Key word, YOU.

And yes, I know a number of individuals, such as yourself, believe that halo 5 isn’t as “amazing” as halo 2, but quite a few others are liking the changes.

Microsoft are the ones who get the say on what’s to be done with the Halo series, not the developers at 343I.

a 300,000 population drop in a mere 14 days…sounds like a game that was was ruined for a significant portion of it’s fan base

Yeah, no.

You see, we have these things called statistics, supporting claims that these ‘changes’ aren’t good for Halo so far. The formula obviously wasn’t broken, and for some reason they called themselves trying to fix it. If you were trying to be edgy when you said, ‘Halo 5 isn’t as as “amazing” as halo 2’ you pretty much proved Halo 5 won’t be as successful, due to fan reaction. If anything, our skepticism towards new Halo games is well-founded, and your blind criticism of Halo 2 (it almost sounds like jealousy) is foolish.

Making Halo similar to other shooters on the market isn’t healthy. Halo 4 already proved that, and when Halo 5 comes out, we’ll be happy to provide you with statistics AGAIN, showing you what unoriginal changes are doing to Halo.

If Halo does not set itself apart from modern shooters, (whether that requires scrapping/reworking a few Spartan Abilities or not) Halo will continue to die.

I still remember when Halo 2 was received like Bungie accidentally pooped in the bed. I still think it’s nothing really special, myself. The approach 343 Industries is taking is much more calculated.
