Man, that took a loooooooooong time.

I opened up 11 gold packs I was saving up. A couple mantises and gauss warthogs. Guess I have a long slog for the Phaeton, huh?

Anyway, at least I finally made it. Didn’t think I would for a while.

In my experience, Phaetons are hard to come by. It’s rare for me to get them and I’ve had a cert for a long time.

Nice job! I finished my gold packs about a week or so ago. You have a long grind ahead. In my experience I didn’t get a Phaeton towards the end but you never know as its random so you might be lucky. You’ll be getting a lot of emblems and Warthog certifications now lol.

I literally do’t keep anything except top tier weapons of anything except splaser, rockets, and binary rifle. (binary because of the commendation). I am level 97 and only have about 108 packs to go until completion

I opened up 12 gold packs yesterday (I had been hording packs awarded in Firefight). Received two types of gauss hogs, three types of mantises, one cool gun and… visors and other crap. Happy with the mantises at least. Not sure I see the point of the gauss hogs, given that they are req level 6, the same point I could break out an Ultra Wraith or Corp Scorpion. I don’t see people using gauss hogs much.

I was lucky enough to get the phaeton cert at level 64 before I even finished my silver grind from a gold pack I got from firefight.

Congrats. I also recently finished my Silver Pack grind. The moment I saw I got REQ point returns I wanted to cry. Now I’m on that Gold Pack grind as well.
