I love it, but it just feels wrong to play a game that is dying, can someone help me? I don’t know, I feel something is wrong with me, for playing it, but I love it.
The only thing that’s wrong is that you care it’s “dying”. The game is barely a few months old- it has plenty of life left.
Most people hated Reach and I played that up until 1 day prior to the Halo 4 launch.
As long as 5k people are playing, you can find a game quickly. H4 isn’t even remotely close to sinking to 5k players.
But Halo 4 is losing to Minecraft and FIFA which sold 5 million, and 4.3 million on Xbox 360, Halo 4 sales 7.5 million. It feels like I’m having fun, in a not fun game.
Next week, Halo 4 is going to lose to MW3 and so on.
Your playing a watered down cod hybrid. Face it this game sucks and will continue to suck unless the TU fixes it hence the population drop
If you like then thats all that matters. I would sometimes play Gears 2 after Gears 3 came out. Doesnt make the game any less fun. One of my favorite games is Alpha Protocol and just look at the reviews. You would think I am a mad man, but it didnt affect how fun it was.
Look Halo 4 will remain strong because its still one of the best games out there. I wont be playing it anytime soon until they make it fun enough for me, but if you somehow think this game is fun, then by all means enjoy it.
I wouldn’t worry, I personally love it too, it is more fun than Reach. But then again I thought Reach was more fun than Halo 3… And I was the Same with that in regard to Halo 2. Too many people on the internet have there own opinion on things and feel everyone else should share them, obviously they don’t. Unfortunately word of mouth spreads as does negativity.
What is important is what you like and what is important to you. Enjoy what you want while you can.
Make Halo 4 your guilty pleasure then.
I mean, I’ve on occasion found myself playing Spyhunter, Sonic the Hedgehog, and even River Raid. And I’m pretty sure those games are dead and buried. Hehe.
The only time to quit playing a game is when the game is no longer fun the play.

all that matters is that when you go online you find enough players to fill the match
Until the time comes and that doesnt happen on a regular basis, then you can worry. Also, you shouldnt worry about what other people are playing, I doubt they care what you are playing
if you are enjoying playing HALO 4 online, continue to do so, but if you just made this thread so you can bury the trolling in the “i do love this game” vibe then you waste your own time and webspace

Halo 4 can be fun i understand what you mean its like as soon as i joined these forums i stopped liking Halo 4 or even Halo in general it just felt nasty after seeing the community and hearing them act in such a way and it made me feel sad and mad that while i never had much of a problem with Boltshots and such but i was enjoying myself. I agree with them Halo 4 has problems but there acting like they sent a slice of balogne with Halo 4 writen on it in marker.
