> If you really are buying an xbox one, have fun always having to be signed in to play (if you play offline without connecting for 24 hours you can’t play the games you paid for),
My Xbox 360 hasn’t been disconnected from the internet since I got it.
> and have fun having an AI continue to play your game online while you aren’t actually playing.
Seems like a great feature to me. You’re grasping at straws to find something negative.
> Don’t forget about how the X-One is always on and aware with a microphone (microsoft was just one of the companies to be signed with the NSA to gain access to all of an individuals information through their web accounts).
Paranoid much? You think Microsoft is going to find your life, or my life interesting enough to waste tons of bandwidth, money and time to spy on us? What about your cell phone with cameras on the front and the back and a microphone? Or how about your Laptop with a built in web cam? Or your tablet with a built in web cam? Seems like you are trying to find a reason to make your decision make sense to you but you can’t find one.
> Also, $500 system, more gold membership costs, and overpriced on demand games.
Guess what! PS4 requires a membership to play online! That $500 price tag comes with a Kinect, a blu Ray player, a nice controller, Twitch Streaming, Skype, and TV Integration. PS3 also has the same prices for on demand games on launch…when they have them available on launch.
> No thanks to that garbage. the new halo reveal was also not that interesting to me. I don’t get why modern sci fi series all seem to be doing ridiculous and childish anime styled games (the whole cloak thing). Sony is doing things way better.
Like their modern sci fi series Killzone?
Listen man, you can pick whatever console you like, just be respectful to others who disagree with you and pick the opposite.
