Got a Gambit Ai kills Legendary boost and normally its like 15-16k xp boost but because of me joining in a late game and me having no chance of killing AI, it still got used up only giving me 5k boost. I would just prefer if they just turn off the JIP for warzone. Does more bad than good honestly. .

Same. Anytime I seem to use a boost (XP/RP), I’m paired against a full Spartan Company, and it just goes to waste.
I’d disagree on removing jip in warzone and the social gametypes. It’s there to get as many people involved as possible, it replaces quitters, can possibly add the guy that helps win the game, makes a game less frustrating if you’re even out in numbers, the list goes on. If it were really bad then they wouldn’t keep using it.
Here’s a thread I made that shows how to tell if youre about to JIP, that way you dont use up a req by accident.
Pro tip:. Wait until the timer starts to select your boost. No timer = jip.
I wish my boosts worked for JIP games, but they don’t. Yes, I already tested this theory numerous times and confirmed it.
OP, don’t use requirement boosts (AI kills, Spartan kills, etc) when you get a JIP game since you don’t know how much time you have left in the game.
It should be in your matchmaking preferences if you want jip on or off.

This x1000%!!! To me, since 343I has introduced REQ boost, JIP becomes even more frustrating! I understand the idea behind JIP but it just doesn’t work! I can’t stand JIP!
