Now with this huge fiasco AGAIN, LE/Pass Owners must sit and wait while others enjoy the new maps
As a LE owner this is a slap in my face. I paid a premium to get these maps, yet I have to WAIT? Someone drops 800 MSP’s and poof map pack for them.
Such a disgrace. I’m going to hound them via twitter for justice to LE/Pass Owners, this is just absolute BULL and completely unacceptable.
They “hear us” though. Failures.

Ain’t the first game this happened in. You’d think with prior experiences such as this it’d be easier to make it so that those who paid for the maps or content earlier would be the first to get it when it rolls out.
This was so predictable. Eject Halo 4. Put in Halo 3. Play fun games today… come back to Halo 4 when you’re ready for punishment.

Stop throwing the word fiasco around. We have to wait yes but we also got a discount on the maps. Waiting isn’t that big of a problem is it? Play some multi-team, relax. No ned to get overworked.
You get access to the map packs without having to buy ms points. That’s it. Get over it. Or, stop playing this game and give us all a nice gift.

I have the console and LE. Still nothing for me. It should of been available hours ago.
Bad business model
From now on if you have a pass you should get the maps at least a week early at the minimum before everyone who doesn’t have it.
And that’s not a bad business model. Why? Because that means people will buy it so they get the maps.
They really need to get back to the drawing board and re-do how they go about Halo and the dlc in the future.
As it sits now and as a Halo Vet from the CE days, this isn’t good.

I’m in Australia. DLC always gets delayed here (The pack isn’t even up for purchase on out marketplace yet), surely it must be up for everyone else.

And when the maps are not available to me right away an I have to wait for something that is PAID IN ADVANCED. Yeah I’m going to be upset.

It’s still really disappointing to have waited in excitement only to have to wait longer. This isn’t the only game where the exclusive “season’s pass” has screwed players over. Seeing as how this will probably be the last time I buy a seasons pass, I guess it doesn’t matter. Is this the 3rd time they have screwed it up with the DLC?
This happens to a ton of games with season passes. It’s not like it’s a Halo exclusive thing. I’m pretty sure I had to wait an extra day to get one of the GoW3 DLC’s because of a problem. People are just ridiculous on here… It’s a problem that occurs far more often than not. If you have a problem with it I suggest avoiding map bundles like this in every game. I understand the frustration but everyone should know by now that this is what happens.

Its only ethically wrong if they’re intentionally trying to screw you over, which I’m sure they’re not.
Of course you guys should have the map pack by now, but you know if you just left it for a few hours I’m sure the issue will be resolved and you’d save yourself a bunch of stress.
EDIT: also calling it a “bad business model” (as people seem to), implies that this is in any way planned. I’m sure their business model does not dictate that you guys get the maps late. This has absolutely nothing to do with anyone’s business model.
yeah the trouble we have been put through is insane. If something isn’t done to make this better I WILL NOT be making similar purchases in the future.

The whole season pass is a bad business model and the fact it has failed in an already failing game just makes the whole situation worse.
No one at 343 cares about Halo. But they “hear us.”

Quick! Everyone over react and shout like children! It’s 6:00 AM at 343 HQ, get a job, get some sleep, read a book. Quit acting like having to wait a couple hours is the end of the world.
LE here and maps are available. Complaining as such gets you nothing. It’s pretty obviously an Xbox live problem.
