I belive the old makers from IW are now working on Destiny. Respawn is way too focused on APEX to work on HALO. They won’t even devote enough resources toward their best title, Titanfall 3. . . They, like, 343 are too busy making money for skins on APEX. . .

I don’t think they are, because if they were, we would actually have performance based exp like they have had in call of duty since like 2006.
