Why do Halo fans have a potent dislike for CoD, but not any other game? It’s like buying a 24 pack of water, then hating a random bottle for no reason. (awesome example, I know).
My reason/s? Too many little kids abusing the ability of microphones. The fact it’s pretty much the same Multiplayer experience over and over again, the only new thing is a couple of guns thrown into the mix.
Compare that to a game like Halo
Halo brings in a whole new Matchmaking experience each time a new game is released, I.E Reach -Halo 4. Bloom was enhanced a bit, and the weapons were tweaked in both design and ability. For example of their ability look to the DMR, in Reach it wasn’t as accurate and sometimes effective as it is in 4. The guns in Halo 4 sound a whole lot more like real guns.
IMO Halo is superior to CoD in most aspects
But that’s just me
Another Example could of been, Maybe Coke to Pepsi?

Modders

Not realistic
Kill streaks
