I think they buffed Armor health which indirectly nerfed anything that can’t do headshot damage or requires multiple head-shots to kill. Headshot TTK on most weapons remains the same, but Bodyshot TTK was nerfed on just about everything else.
Ravager needs 3 bursts instead of two and it’s charge shot no longer has the ability to kill on it’s own, even if the enemy just stands in the fire.
Plasma pistol requires around 15 hits to kill now.
The Plasma carbine used to 3 burst on body, now it 4 bursts.
BR used to need 6 bursts to bodykill now it needs 7.
Sidekick used to need 9 body shots now it needs 10.
It looks to me that someone over at 343 buffed armor health and it screwed over the balancing of many of these weapons. The precision weapons were less effected but many of the others were made near useless or at the very least less effective. It put the AR in a better (read: slightly weaker) spot in the Sandbox which was good, but most other effects of that change impact the game rather negatively.
