I don't see animations in halo 5 in the campaign

Hy, I started playing the campaign again, but this time I don’t see any animation, for example, at the end or beginning of a chapter you usually see an animation that gives you more information about that chapter, but when I finish a chapter it just end and it takes me to the next chapter, please help

Are you playing with Scoring on? Because scoring disables cutscenes.
