I hate how I HAVE to play serious every damn game because everyone is the same skill level with me. 343, Couldn’t you have just only put in the true skill system in a ranked playlist? Like in Halo 3? I know that in Halo 3 Social, there was also a true skill system inside, but most people didn’t really try hard in social. I just want to relax and have fun. If i wanted to play competitively, I would have either played MLG or Ranked. It gets stressful playing against competitive people with the same skill as you all the time.
Also, 343, you should also add a system where it tells you whos in a full party or not like in reach. When you viewed someones gamertag in the lobby you could see on the right who hey joined in the game with.

Precisely. I would like this feature back too. I hate going into Team Infinity Slayer against a team of 4, and getting dominated because my team decides to run off in everywhich direction, and the other team sticks together.
will the matches get easier if I spend a match killing myself?

I like it. No more getting used to mowing down BKs just to get raped by someone actually around my lvl when I happen to run into them. Now it’s even all the way through, no surprises.

Not only that but also my friends absolutely HATE playing with me now because they get matched with a bunch of people that are way better than them and they get raped… already caused one of my friends to move on to CODBO2. He said he liked the game but he didn’t like getting -Yoink- on all the damn time which is understandable.
I’m a team player and all I really care for is the win which has also caused my KD ratio to go down a lot because I play people that are on my skill level and a lot of them like to just camp around and not play for the win really. It’s frustrating. KD ratio keeps decreasing and I have nothing to show for it really since they don’t want to make the skill level visible to others if they’ll make it visible at all.

I totally wish they’d do this! I hate not knowing whether I’m playing against a group or a bunch or randoms. Pretty frequently I have it figured out by the end of the game whether it was a group or not, but knowing what I’m in for BEFORE the game starts would sure be nice.
While they’re at it, they should make it so that parties get paired with parties and randoms get paired with randoms. I’m so sick of getting dominated by a well coordinated group of friends when the people on my team are clearly just a bunch of lone wolf random players.
It’s really a shame. I got a few friends to get halo 4 after they all were really disapointed in reach. It all went well for the first couple days we were all having fun they said it felt more like halo, at first they were iffie about it. But now after having played a lot of matches I literally feel like when I go in with them it’s like i’m dragging them into playing level 45s and above halo3 rank wise and their skill level would be like a 20 and you can imagine that the game just isn’t be fun for them anymore. And it’s not like you can just switch game types so no matter what playlist we go in our opponents will be way better than them.
I’m a competitive player but i honestly rather have ranked and social or no skill ranks at all because that way I could at least enjoy the game with my friends and not have them rage quit and move on to playing other games.
This is the most frustrating part about Halo 4 because I do love the mechanics of it but I want to enjoy it with my friends.
