i don't know who to set up a URL assist

IDK if this belongs here i think this is the only assist forum but could someone help is the URL thing/URL or what…i have no clue i i get an assist here. Also how do you do the other type of color/small/large text. That would be nice. Thanks and i hope someone will help.

There should be a set of buttons above the reply form that allow you to use special formatting. However, I’ll also post the codes here for you to copy and paste. Codes on top, results on bottom, and occasional explanations or tips in small print.
