I don't know if I received the free month of XBL

I am definitely (was definitely?) eligible for it, but I never received it or if I did I was never informed.

I talked to XBL support and they told me to come here but I’m not sure how to actually contact anyone on this site.

After checking twitter there, seems there are a lot more folk that still haven’t revceived it than I thought. Only thing I can really advise is to keep trying to contact Bravo / 343i about until they sort it out. Honestly wish there was more I could do to help :\ Other than Bravo, TashiGAF is the only other person I can think to contact - he is the Community Coordinator at 343. @Tashi343i on twitter
