i finished all mcc on legendary halo 1 to 4 and havent got the helioskrill armor yet, i got the legendary achievemnt 
It sometimes doesnât work and you donât receive the helioskrill armor when you should - this is why it went into gold packs - because people were having problems with the achievement.
If you open enough Req packs I am pretty sure you can still get it, just got to hunt long enough.

Those are DLC and should not be required for the helioskrill unless they updated it. The armor unlock should trigger with the Legend achievement.
I didnât get the armour until completing Halo 1,2,3,3ODST, reach, 4 along side with 5 just so I havenât missed anything

Idt they ever fixed it. I think the way they âsolvedâ the problem is by throwin it in gold packs.
Buy a lot of golden packs dude, i can get that armor of that way.

I would still report it.
I did the same thing as my complete MCC on legendary didnât appear for a week. Reported. Around 1h later and boom it appeared.

Pretty sure the achievement now require reach and Odst.
normally it unlocks immediately.
