I have over 17 hours played on online now and 25 levels and a lot of REQ points later I still don’t have a DMR.
Is it unlockable at all from from REQ packs? If so, what rarity is the commendation?

It seems to be a small chance of unlocking. I’m not much help with RNG info, it’s just what I’ve heard

i have a million of the other weapons and no dmr
My first (and only) DMR I got from a Warzone Prem Req Pack… and its got a bayonet on it making it level 8 and only available at the end of long matches.

Yes of course it’s attainable. I happen to have two; a normal one and one with a silencer on it. Just keep trying and you’ll eventually get it. I recommend buying a lot of bronze packs initially, and then work your way up to silver once you feel like you’ve unlocked a lot of other stuff.
The default DMR is Rare, the special variants are Ultra Rare to Legendary.
Go Silver if you wanna get the normal version.

Got one a couple days ago. Need level 7 to use it. Being that I don’t play this game very well it’s useless for me to have & if by chance I do get to use it the game is just about over anyway. Warzone will be a distant memory for me once BTB launches.

I took DMR yesterday after 60 match on warzone , DMR level 6 so i need to wait a little before to use it in the battle
Same here … 16 hours played and still no DMR
I didnt get my DMR until i was SR 54 with a little over 2 days play time. Thankfully it was just the standard lvl 6 req DMR.
It’s usually a little later on that you get the DMR. It’s because it’s a really strong weapon from far away & takes more energy before you can use it. I mean, I have a DMR that is a level 8 energy. I think that’s kind-of dumb. I’m supposed to wait til over halfway through the game just to use one basic weapon? I think the DMR should still stay at 6 energy, I see why that is fair, but I don’t think the DMR’s should go into the 8 energy range, they should stay at 6-7 only.
I still haven’t gotten the DMR, either.
what packs are you guys buying???
Start buying lower level packs to get the unlocks for basics first. I got mine from a silver pack I’m pretty sure.
Try a bunch of Silver packs.
Level 52 and still no DMR.
