If you were boosting and obtained 0 deaths then you were banned without question. If you were away from the game and obtained 0 kills you were banned. Sorry.
Looking at his game history I would say the latter. They certainly were not boosting with guest accounts but did have a lot of zero kill games which will trigger an automatic credit ban by the banhammer as it detects your zero kill games as you being AFK.
