I have over 40 company members who are mostly 148 plus SR. They have loved halo 5 and played it at least a few times every night since launch.
But these lag outs are killing your game. We are losing interest and it isn’t as fun as it should be. We are all dumbfounded that this problem even exists a year after the game came out, let alone has gotten worse with each passing week.
There is a whole lot of competition. You want to keep players playing and buying your reqs, get the problems fixed. It’s gone on too long and there are other high quality shooters out. I don’t want to ditch halo, my company doesn’t want to ditch halo. But good lord this is getting to be work playing a game we use as our primary source to unwind at the end of the day.
Lock my post, move my post, I don’t care. But these server problems are very real. I don’t think 343 completely understands the severity or impact lag is having on their game.

I’m starting to think developers don’t care. Once sales slow down and their next release is imminent (Halo Wars 2), the old game gets no support other than promised updates that never fix much. We saw it with MCC. Once Halo 5 was on the near horizon MCC was left for dead. I have a feeling Halo 5 will be the same and it sucks because I love the game.
