I don’t ask to many questions but what is “exclusive”.

I have preorder LE when 343i released that they where going to have a Limited Edition with Halo 4.

Now, lately I have seen all of the stuff that I am getting is not really that special (exclusive) to get…

So, has 343i have came out and actually said you will be getting stuff that is “Exclusive” or not?

Note: I know they said they are maybe going to release it at a later date but I want to know what is exclusive now.

Also I have heard that everyone is getting recruite armor when Halo 4 launch?

Limited Edition game (Prime Skin) and Limited Edition console in game content (Fotus Armor) will remain exclusive.

They said that retailer exclusive may become available in the long term.

Example: BR Arctic Skin, Deadeye Helmet

PS: Recruit armor is default for everyone starting on halo 4. LE buyers get the Recruit armor PRIME SKIN.

They won’t release the LE content to the public.

The Prime skin for the Recruit armor, an emblem(forgot the name), and the Assault Rifle skin is exclusive.

The Console edition’s FOTUS armor, its skin, the unicorn emblem, and the Light Rifle skin is exclusive.

The Pre-order bonuses(varies by retailer) are currently exclusive. They did say they may let them be available later in the game’s shelf life.

Don’t forget that your map pack season pass allows you to choose all 8 specializations when you hit SR-50 on the progression system. Everyone else will have to wait until 343 unlocks them.

That’s pretty much it.

Honestly what was said in the LE is in the LE.

There really is only one exclusive that won’t be available outside of it’s SKU, and that’s the FOTUS helmet.

All the other DLC is most likely going to be available to everyone at some point in the future.

Also this thread may get locked. This topic has other threads that have talked about this and because there isn’t much that 343 can do . . Exclusives are more of a Microsoft marketing thing.

The LE gets two skins, a paper, and a steelbook case. That’s where the exclusiveness ends

No, it will not have strider/scanner helmet or falcon emblem. They are different SKU’s.

But those 3 things were never listed in the LE . .

Microsoft wanted the stand alone War Games map pass to have it’s own DLC. 343 couldn’t really say no =(

This was talked a lot about in a other thread that was locked.

Like I said in regards to the OP, the only exclusive that I’m 99.99% sure won’t be available to everyone is the FOTUS helmet.

I really think everything else will be made available to everyone in the future.

No the War Games map pass that comes with the LE does not come with the helmets and emblem =(
