Forget what you want them to be,
Forget what you would do…….
343 are driven by profit and that is understandable and reasonable after all they are MS
So why on earth would they listen to these forums and rush to change things when they are earning Enormous amounts of revenue every week !
That’s how 343 are judging the success of this game.
Not against complaints
Not against forum posts
Not against player numbers
343 measures it success against revenue stream
There is nothing wrong with that, but if you think they will change stuff that is broken because you and everyone else is complaining your wrong
No revenue = Dramatic change at pace
Huge Revenue = No change
The last few weeks they havent even added new cosmetics to the store. Thats a big sign they don’t have any completed work to release since they know people will buy whatever they put on the store. Maps at least take time to design and test but if they cant pump out at least one or two new cosmetics a week that is very telling of the struggles and lack of manpower behind the scene
Don’t blame the witch that poisoned the apple, blame Snow White for eating it. If she didn’t eat the poison apple, the witch would have just given up her evil ways, and everything would be fine, happily ever after.

And don’t knock the cat’s ears until you’ve tried them. I only got them to annoy my kids… but I’m actually quite attached to them now. The ears go really well with the Stormfall helmet. Add in a purple grape coloured coating and a tulip on the chest.
I was being facetious, I actually own the Bear as I found Halo legends to be a very good series.
I was making light of OP’s arguments as while, yes, 343i is making profits, even they know their revenue could easily be better if they fixed the state of the game… after all, what good is your game having a store, if no one sticks around to buy everything in it?
Man I wish people would understand wat u have said. I really hope people would start demanding a proper game and stop being blind. In corporations eyes we are nothing but dum dums who will eat up any trash stuff they cook up. People need to raise there voice with there wallet and let the game sink. So that corporations would start taking it serious and producing quality service.
100% agree. I’ll admit I bit and bought a few pricey things off the store but very shortly after I was able to see 343 was making hollow promises to fix the game which would never come, so I did the only smart thing to do, I uninstalled the game, like the saying goes “out of sight, out of mind.”
While I still think 343/Microsoft carry a lot of the blame, I’ve been saying this for literally months now. There are plenty of reasons to not give your money to 343. But the American consumer cattle has been trained well and doesn’t care if they’re being exploited. A damn shame.
Plugging my video on the matter for anyone who hasn’t watched it yet. If you give it a watch, I promise it’ll at least make you consider other reasons to not give 343 money, even if it doesn’t convince you entirely.

EDIT: Meant to reply to the whole thread, not this guy specifically.
Just wondering, Halo 5 had 60 default colors. You know they paywalled 50 of those in Halo Infinite.
343: hey guys I know losing your color choice option was bad but don’t worry we are taking it a step further, we are removing 50 of the already existing choices you had… And giving you guys the opportunity to pay real money for them. Yes they were default at start for other halos but guys, buying them is such a better option. See so much premier content.
Did you buy default red three times to have it on each armor core?
Just wondering like I still can’t see anyone falling for that BS.
Hey here is red for 10 bucks but it only works on this armor core …
Here’s the same red again for another 10 bucks but it only works on this armor core…
Hey here is red again for 10 bucks…
But it only works on this armor core l.
Also we know Cadet blue is free, but for Yoroi we started you off with even less color options and we are selling you cadet blue for it.
If they were driven by profit, they would’ve made Halo 4 a game that resembled Halo in both visual/audio design and gameplay.
Halo 4 failed so hard that they had to scrap Halo 4 Spartan-Ops Season 2 and Season 3, not to mention the next planned wave of 4 DLC Map Packs and 3 Cosmetic packs for 2013.
They didn’t reach the profits they desired with Halo 4, and even when they changed tactics with Halo 5; it still undersold until they got the REQ system worked out properly.
