Because some people just can’t get it through their heads that 343i is just testing things out with their first release.
Because its so pointless to complain about a product you have never used. And with the reviews it has, and the gameplay weve seen, and the features theyve added. Its just ignornace…

Because a chunk of the community is extremely butt hurt about the new ranking system. Don’t worry, they’ll eventually die down and stop feeling bad for themselves

we’re giving them a chance, that’s why we all preordered the game. it’s just the few that likes to be childish and complain about a game that they think they know before it comes out.
Some people just don’t care. They will refuse to accept change and will do anything to keep things the way they want them.
There is no way to stop them voicing their opinions, they are entitled to them as well.
But I do agree with you, players need to voice their opinions when the FULL game is shipped. Then they can suggest changes to 343.

From what Ive seen so far, and ive seen probably every article and every video except campaign spoilers. The game looks amazing. I think 343i is the best thing to hapen to Halo , I may be wrong when I actually play, but I doubt it.
Because I don’t doubt they made a great game for the masses but I will complain when they ignore the fan bases that have supported the franchise for a decade.
Do I expect it to change anything? I don’t know, we got ZB and bleed through in Reach so seems like sometimes they listen. But my point is I have the right as a consumer and a long time player and fan of the series to voice my concerns when I see what happened to Reach and don’t want this game to follow that path.
Im still getting the game, but Im uber annoyed about custom games

I already played the game and had tons of fun. I’m looking forward to the full game. No visible ranking doesn’t bother me, I still like to win, because winning is fun, the manner in which you win is also fun. And don’t think that, the halo waypoint community is this or that. A lot of people aren’t part of the community by definition of community I guess.

They’ve earned them.
Because nobody enjoys seeing 18 year olds feel entitled to matters that aren’t created for them.

I’m not entirely sure what the OP’s point is meant to be but I would have thought after developing the game for 3 years things should be pretty great by now.
Because they need something to pass the time and criticizing no skill system is the only thing they can complain about because everything else is great.
Some people are tougher to have them give love. These kinds of people make the developer sharp. At least people like sitri, some of others are not so good at giving proper criticism.
