If you do not see the “MCC Insider Program” tile,
Make sure that you are logged into the correct account when accessing the Insider Hub. You may need to open up the Xbox Console Companion app, sign out of these and back in with the a correct account. If you have multiple email addresses be sure to try each one
I’m having the same problem and I’m using the correct account
