So i was done playing a game in Reach matchmaking, I was in the pre-game lobby (about 2-3 hour after I installed the new dashboard) and it booted me back to matchmaking home screen and said something about players can not play on XBL. Then I was signed out. Soon I found out u had to accept new terms and agreements. So when I did that I was signed back in and went to reach and right when I got to the title menu it said I was dissconnected. And then I went back to the dashboard and I was automatically signed in. I am trying it right now and it stills signs me out?? Is anyone have or have had this problem? It’s not my internet cause I still connect at the dashboard. Please help A.S.A.P. And sorry for being long.

Generally this is just a case of “someone forgot to turn off their torrents.”
Make sure that nobody in your house is hogging the internets.
Failing that, check pingtest to see how it’s performing.
same thing keeps happening to me. I have no idea how to fix it. Is it a problem localised to halo reach? or do your other games do the same thing.

Same here I accepted them on the website and then signed in on the console. I’ll check to see if it happens with other games too.
Same for me, I’m disconnected from the xbox live as soon as I start the game. I’ll try to uninstall and reinstall the game on the hdd.
Okay it works again, I just reinstalled the game on the hdd.
It kept asking me to download an update, but when I tried… it said to check my connection. I just turned off everything and tried again until the update was downloaded.
The new update messed up xbox live, It take ages for me to sign in.
Just gotta wait till they fix it.
The update looks like trash. If it takes longer than a week to get used to, I wont be happy.
It’s because of the update
xbox live is having issues because so many people downloading the new update, you’re not the only one a lot of people are having this problem. Just wait it out until you can sign in again, try back every 20 minutes or so to see if you can log in.
