I recently purchased the featured req pack, as soon as I purchased the item my Xbox one disconnected, when I reconnect to internet I didn’t have the pack, nor did I receive any new items but I still lost the money, is their any one that could help with this issue and who should I contact about this, I would like a refund or another req pack provided. someone help
I would contact Xbox Live Support via the Official Xbox website as this would be considered an Xbox Marketplace issue in my opinion. They’re usually really helpful and can issue you a refund right when you contact them…and I think they’re available 24/7, so hopefully that helps.
