I didnt get my pre order bonus from microsoft. But i did get the limited edition console so does the pre order bonus work for it too

I didn’t get mine either I talked to a Microsoft employee and they said I’d get it within 10 days. If I don’t I’m going to go have another talk with them.

Yeah xbox support sent me here -Yoink- well i was tweeting them and the last option they did was here. 343 can we get answers please i pre ordered my standard edition in the xbox store and didnt get my pre oder bonus content in game i was suppose to get a weapon for warzone use and a weapon camo please help.

I still haven’t received an email with a code even though i got the ten dollar gift card when I picked up the game at the microsoft store.

Would love some recognition from either 343 pr Microsoft as to WHERE THE HELL THE PREORDER BONUSES ARE.
Same issue here except way worse… and it’s getting quite annoying. I’ve bought the Warzone Req Pack twice now and each time I received nothing. I’ve even earned a promotional req pack and it too isn’t showing up. I bought the first Warzone Req Pack and didn’t get it so I contacted Microsoft who was more than happy to refund my money. About a week later I was being stupid and figured “maybe that was some error that might be fixed by now.” Anyway, so I bought the Warzone REQ Pack again in hopes that I would actually receive this, however…nothing. Still nothing. I’ve invested to much time and money into this to just have my money taken and receive nothing in return. I hate saying that because I really love the game and have been an Xbox gamer since the very beginning, but this is just getting ridiculous. All my friends get there’s right on time without any issue, so what’s really going on? I really hope 343 sees this and does something to help. Anyone know of anyway of contacting them directly?

Supposedly we should have gotten it yesterday, but when I talked with Microsoft support the guy wasn’t even trying to help and said things that were in contradiction to what was posted online for people pre-ordering. I am confused why we didn’t just get our stuff in the box like normal
Tell me if I’m wrong, but quite a few people from 343Industries post here. Couldn’t we all just message them and explain/complain about this problem we all seem to be having? I mean surely if they opened up there inbox and saw hundreds of messages from people who are having this issue they would start to work on correcting the problem, and possibly compensate us in some way or fashion. I don’t know…Just a thought.
