I’ve seen someone teleport in Warzone, not Arena though. -Yoink- did it inside and out of a Banshee, was getting kills left and right, went through buildings.

That was more a laggy boost than a true teleport. If you watch you can see that he boost out of the way. True teleports are really annoying.
