I bought Halo the Master Chief Collection on October 12 and the multiplayer did not work at all. Everyone got a Halo 3 ODST as a apology form 343 and i did not!
To be eligible to get ODST for free, you need to have played while connected to Xbox Live before the 19th of December. Your service record shows your first achievement wasn’t until December 25th, so if that’s when you started playing then you won’t be eligible I’m afraid.
