I didn't get my Warzone Bundle Req packs this week

I think I should have gotten my usual two packs on Monday 11th July but I haven’t received them yet.

Has anyone else had this issue this week with the Warzone Req bundle?

I knew someone was going to as me that and I’ve been trying to find the exact date I used the code but can’t find such information on my console. Any idea where i could look it up?

I was thinking that it should show up in the Billing Section of Xbox.com - I can’t seem to see my Arena bundle showing anywhere though. Gold packs and the like show up however: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/

I know the Forum Team can see details of REQ packs - hopefully we can get access to see that as well, super handy to players for situations like this :slight_smile:

I’ve checked my billing but it doesn’t show up there and I wasn’t sure if it would as I used the prepaid code from the limited edition of the game.

I’ve read the description again and realise now it’s 14 packs over 7 weeks (I thought it was 20 packs over 10 weeks), but I thought it was still too early to end.

I purchased it on eBay on 21st May but there were issues with delivery so I didn’t receive it until quite a bit later.

However, thinking about it, the packs are released every Monday so if I used the code just before Monday 30th May I would have received an immediate batch of two, with my second batch being delivered shortly afterwards on Monday 30th May, meaning the seventh batch would have arrived last Monday 4th July, in which case I have received them all (it just seems to have gone really quickly).
