I bought the $99.99 34× +13 free req packs after the new update went through. It never gave them to me. I backed out and went back in and they still weren’t there. I shut the system off holding the button down till the light went off and restarted 10 minutes later. Still nothing. It was taken out of my account, so I paid for it but didn’t get it. What’s going on? Did I get robbed?
Hi there, try hard resetting your console and see if the items show up, or check your unopened packs here on Waypoint to see if they appear there
