Did anyone else preorder Halo 5 and not get their promised REQ packs? I’d definitely like to have those considering they were promised to me in the preorder agreement.
Have you check to see if they are available here on the site?

I was about to make a thread about this but no I didn’t get mine.
Same here. The preorder packs are showing as downloaded but I can’t access then in game. I’ve even tried deleting and reinstalling but that didn’t work either.
At least I’m not alone.
Yeah, I haven’t gotten them either. This seems to be the only thread about it, hope they fix this soon
Try playing a game and they’ll appear in your collection of unopened req packs or in their designated section if you’ve already opened them. It worked for me, maybe it’ll work for you.
you should get them :S they come in handy. have a few good legendary opens so far!!
Actually, this reminds me that I forgot to pick up my gamestop preorder bonus. Oh well.

That’s for the Premium ones. I think they mean the actual pre-order bonus which comes in either Promtional or Advanced Promotional
Found out it’s meant to be e-mailed if it’s digital even from the Xbox store.
I didn’t get my preorder req pack as well.

same mine are downloaded, but says i have 0 packs to open no matter what i do. Ive checked both on my console and on the website.
