When halo 5 first came out I bought the collectors edition and that came with a req pack bundle which included 14 premium req packs. I only opened 10 of those packs and took a long break from halo 5. I came back and noticed non of my premium req packs are there. It has been a few weeks since then and I still haven’t gotten the premium req packs. Is this an issue that can be fixed?
You’re absolutely sure on your count? I believe if the right person sees this message they could check that count and fix their mistake if it indeed is a mistake, I am not that person but hopefully that person sees this.

Just changed it, I opened 10 not 6. A friend of mine reminded me that they opened the packs one time for me. I missed two weeks so like 4 packs. I’m not super salty about it so if it cant be fixed then whatever. I unlocked more than half the stuff in the game anyways.
