From GAME I should get the BR skin and the circuit skin.
I unlocked the BR in multiplayer yet I didn’t get the skin, how do I get hold of it?
You have to use a code. Preorder bonuses are never encoded onto game disks. The preorder codes should either be on a card that came inside the game case, or on your receipt.
check your weapon options
it should say
battle rifle
battle rifle - ####(4 capital letters)
Try redownloading the bonuses, it’s an odd glitch.
Just go to your download history, I had the same problem.

I put a code in that had lots of DLC bundled in with 1 code but thats it.
Game and gamestation send you an email, check your junk folder

Did you try checking your download history from your dashboard?
Yea it only has Waypoint listed.

if it was hotmail i think, they stay in your deleted folder for a couple of days, might be worth seeing if the’re there
You’re boned. You can try contacting microsoft support, but I really can’t think of anything else.
This happened to me too. I pre-ordered the LE from EB Games and I didn’t get my Forest and Arctic skins :(. Hopefully I can bring my receipt in and they’ll do something about it.
