I didn’t get the MC controller req pack

I bought the master cheif controller a while back, and I discovered the code for the req pack that comes with the dauntless visor and used it. I downloaded the pack, but I didn’t get it. It also says that it is downloaded, although I didn’t get it. Can someone help me?
