I beat the halo 4 campaign in legendary solo, and i did not get the mark-4 armor.
I did some episodes offline and did´t know that would be a problem.
Is 343 industries doing something to fix this? Because it was pretty hard to beat it solo in legendary and I actually don´t want to start over with it.

Mark IV armor isn’t in the game, but Mark VI is. Probably why you didn’t get Mark IV 
Anyways just go back and replay what you did offline. Inconvenient yes, but technically it was no one’s fault but your own.
You need to get the campaign Comms done.
If you need to re-do missions and want them to go quickly/easily, I would suggest watching the Tyrant’s guides.
Do the Campaign missions you did offline again online.
people need to learn their roman numerals…
