I participated in every single one of the surveys sent to me! Those who participated were promised a req pack but I did not receive mine. I’ve tried contacting Microsoft and they said to contact the email on waypoint which I could not even find. They also said to post my problem in the forums. Can someone help?

They sent a survey to confirm your gamertag a right before Halo 5 came out, Idk if it is still active, but try to re enter your gamertag there. I did it just to make sure before Halo 5 came out.
