When I ranked up to SR-80 I received the corresponding pack but when I tried to open it from the post-game stats there wasn’t any new pack. I have received other packs and opened them without any problem. The proof that I never opened it is that I didn’t unlock the “Fireteam Osiris Emblem”. I really hope you can check this and help me. I know that fixing the servers issues are on top of your list, but come on! Anyone has told me anything about this problem. Any 343 Forum Team member? Anyone who has experienced the same annoying problem?
Are you -Yoinking!- kidding me? You never answered me and now I spent 5000 RP on a Silver pack that could not be opened and the stupid game told me that I should go to “Open packs” and try it again… That’s exactly what I did and the stupid game told me that I have already opened it. Seriously what the -Yoink-? I am angry as -Yoink-.
For God’s sake, is any 343 team member willing to solve my issues with this game? Come on, this has to be a joke.
Is it because this packs weren’t bought with real money? I have seen other people saying that they paid for packs and had issues with them and you quickly respond by saying “we checked our records…” Can’t you do the same with me?
I’ve had a similar problem when I completed the Hunter Commendation on Warzone. I never got the Commendation Req Pack so never got the Predator emblem. I’ve posted a few times but nothing was ever solved.
I had the same exact problem, but mine was not receiving the rank 100 Spartan Officer pack and therefore the “Ratio” emblem. Can someone from the Forum Team please help?
I had the same problem as well at the end of December (12/27 to be exact). I completed my final Warzone Commendation & should have received 2 REQ packs with 2 Emblems (Great Hunt & War’s Quintet). Never received either pack or emblem. I posted a few times & never got a response. Hopefully someone from the Forum Team can respond & since there’s now several of us with the issue?
Yes hopefully, it’s pretty easy to check up on since the commendations will be shown completed on our service records.
I have not received my victory pack and at times don’t receive my req points this is an issue that needs fixing.
I completed the Storm Rifle Commendation and the post game screen showed that I have 1 unopened pack but when i went to open it there was no pack to open. How do I fix this?
Shoot, so it’s happening to other people here as well? I myself ranked up to SR 79, and got my first WarZone win for today. Said I had two packs to open, go to check them out, and not there. Now sometimes the pack(s) I would get after a match would show up after backing out of the lobby if they didn’t show up while in the post game results. But not this time. Even dashboards and went back in, then even went onto Halo Waypoint to check if they were there. Those two packs still don’t show up. What’s weird is that I got the Arena daily win pack just fine (though I found it weird to have an armor piece to come out of it). Unfortunately, I didn’t think of taking any screenshots to back up my claim, so doing pretty bad in most of my games I played in Halo 5 today didn’t get me stressed out, losing out on two REQ pack packs might be pushing it.
I really hope this doesn’t become a frequent problem for other Halo 5 players.
They need to take a look at this problem, it’s not an isolated case. Hopefully they’ll fix it as soon as possible.
Now I’m SR-90 and I could open the corresponding pack without any problem but the SR-80 was never opened because it never showed up. So any 343 response?

343i this week has been having many issues with the REQ system. Earlier this week I bought the $99 REQ bundle (34 gold packs +13 free) & it processed it twice so I was charged twice… but never got any pack (and I should have had a total of 94). Later that night got back on & I received all 94 packs, but I called Microsoft explained what happened & I will be refunded for one of the bundles (YAY!). So that was resolved, but then last night I bought a gold pack with my 10000 REQ points and it game me an error took my points & didn’t give me the pack. I restarted the game and sure enough it pop up in my unopened packs.
All in all, 343i concerning the REQ pack system seems to be having a crap load of issues right now. Hopefully they get it back up running smoothly soon!
Well, I never got an official response from 343 about this matter. I won’t die or stop playing Halo 5 because I didn’t receive my pack and therefore couldn’t opened it, but come on! As a loyal fan/customer I wish you state something about this issue (I am not the only one as you may notice). Please, just don’t pretend this never happenned and leave every Halo player with this problem in the darkness.

Yo, you still didn’t get you pack then? I still haven’t gotten mine. I’ve posted so many times and have heard nothing.
I never got my level 50 pack. I got level 51 but no 50. I posted about this A MONTH AGO. I did everything xbox support said. I deleted profiles, reinstalled games, rebooted, reset, messed with network settings. NOTHING.
343 doesn’t read this forum. It’s for crowdsourcing support and nothing more. There is a reason there is no “contact us” information. Heck, I even tried messaging the Halo twitter page and the 343 rep on reddit! There is ZERO actual support.
I know it’s hard to believe microsoft/343 has no regard for the customers of their flagship series, but there you have it. All that matters is people buying req packs.
Feel free to prove me wrong 343, but I won’t hold my breath.
P.S: I have every halo game including halo wars. I’m done with halo games after this though. I’ll watch a let’s play on youtube if I wanna see the story.
