I contacted xbox live support to confirm that my contact email was in fact the one i was checking for the glorious email. They confirmed it was the correct email and I looked again with no success. They told me to make a post here and hope that a moderator would see it. Hear goes nothing…
So far i know the following.
-I live in the promotional area (US)
-I met the promotion requirements (over the age of 17 and i played the game before Nov 20th)
-My email is correct and active.
-I have not yet received my code.
I would really like to hear from someone at 343 about this.
I wouldnt suggest posting your email on the forums because i believe it is against their rules. The staff at XBL support told me that 343i is checking the forums here for posts of this nature. He said to make a forum post saying the situation and hopefully they will see it. To be honest though, none of this sounds very promising. If i get any more information i will be sure to share.
