I purchased a 3X GOLD PACK and was charged, but did not get anything. I assume it’s because my game crashed as soon as I confirmed the purchase and it was loading the pack. I have checked for new items, but there are none. What do I do now?

Same problem here. Purchased, email confirmation, money was taken out of my bank account but no packs to open
Hey folks. There were some issues with the REQ system yesterday. Try checked your unopened packs here on Waypoint or hard resetting your console. In some cases the packs does actually open, but you skip over the opening animation. In those cases the items are automatically added to your inventory

This is the second post from me about this issue. Money was taken out of my bank account and I received no product in return. I would ask that this be resolved in the next 24 hours or I would like a refund. If this happened in a physics store the place would be out of business. This is not acceptable. Either provide me the product that I paid for or give me the money back. There are no other options in this case.
The excuse about skipping the opening packs animation is not acceptable. I don’t, as I’m sure nobody does, have a record of exactly what reqs
i had before the purchase so if they went in automatically without me opening them I don’t know it and unless you can prove they did then I still have not received what I paid for.
