Melle or a granade while using Explosions and then Rage on that pistol until i got the kill
My guess would be that he melee’ed people and then plasma pistoled them to death.
Now you need to work on pulse grenade master. Should be the same concept. Melee or make them no shields and then throw a pulse grenade. Should be an instant death.

I got my Assault Rifle mastered today and am moving on to the Storm Rifle. It will take me quite a bit to pull a feat like you did.
Did you mainly use the Plasma Pistol in all your games, or did you switch between weapons like the DMR or Carbine as to not get bored?

There’s probably someone out there who boosted all the commendations by now, so I would say you would have a shot at the first legitimate one to get it done.

I completed the pulse grenade commendation a couple of days ago. How many kills do you need for the PP commendation ?

Almost done whit pulse granade
I’ll probably never get that commendation.
Out of all the Commendations, I probably wont get the PP or the Pulse Grenade 1.
