I demand 343 have customer support

I’m sorry but there needs to be a 343 support contact center for questions. These forums are useless. Most information is missleading and M.S always says it’s the forums fault. I hope this company can come up with something better than this instead of ignoring all it’s customers and taking vacations.
Just saying… Am I the only one who thinks this or am I over reacting?

343 probably don’t have a support centre because they are not interested in genuine feedback. These forums are very strange though, you can’t say certain things unless you are part of the forum “click” or suck up to the over zealous mods

Wow, what a surprise there

Danny, all you do on here is complain, it like your spot to “vent” or somthing. I’ve read plenty of your threads in the past and they are all about ‘Halo 4 sucks!’ or ‘343 is a horrible developer’, maybe not those word for word but definatley along those lines.

What do you mean by customer support?

Is your disk broken?

Your service not working?

Forums are for posting and discussing ideas. 343i reads them. If you want to share and post ideas, this is the place to do that.

I complained when the game was unfinished when they released it
I complained when they didn’t send out the spec codes when they said they would
I complained that we had to wait to be sent an email for spec ops codes
I complained that you have to be online to play spart ops
I complained that they messed up with the crimson maps
I have a right to complain about these issues. Also, you haven’t read all my posts because that is not all I do on here. I try to get people to share custom maps etc.
If all I did is complain about this game it would take 300 pages to fill up what is wrong with it. I have given the game compliments also so read my past posts.
I don’t like the only people having any say so on here being the people that run the forums and if you hurt their feelings then they ban you. Also, look at the forums. Your gonna point me out for complaining. The pages are filled with unhappy customers. This company told us to give them feedback to improve the game so that’s what myself and others are doing. Thank you.

On here it depends WHO you are not WHAT you say

Also to answer the other question, the reason they should have a support line is because the company keeps making mistakes. When you talk to microsoft we are told to read the forums. This is our only means to find out information or if there is a problem with the game? Like I said, most info on here is missleading. So I would feel much better talking to a rep than soemone running a forum.

Give examples, I’m sure everything you want to do and ask can be done on the forums or by tweeting.

I don’t want twitter nor will I ever use twitter. I shouldn’t have to use twitter for customer support. Or have to give out my email to a company to get part of a game I paid for.

Report every last person who does this, the forum " click " have destroyed freedom of speech on this arid forum

Then use the forums. You still haven’t given any examples of a question that can’t be dealt with here on this website.

Well now I would if I hadn’t recieved a note telling me not to repost on a sensitive topic. So I’m not allowed to say… Wish I could but I will get another ban. Another reason I would like a cusomer support line.
