i was wondering if anyone knew how to recover who to contact to recover my code for specializations if so how do i contact them.

I think he means he deleted the live message with the code in it. If you did before ever downloading it, you are screwed and it is gone.

He didn’t say he used it and it didn’t work, he said he deleted it. Call xbox, ask to speak to a supervisor.

Can’t you check the message on xbox.com, even after deleting it off of the Xbox? Just a thought, I could be wrong though.
