All right so I completed the halo 5 campaign alone on legendary, after hours and hours of tearing my hair out and crying a large pool of tears and using several crying towels before hand I found that I got nothing for the completion all I received was 200G and some achievement notification in my social tabs. Now you might think hey that could be normal but several of my friends stated that the received the MARK VI GEN1 mythic armor variant for completing this daunting task. Is this a bug on my end or theirs?

you get the armor for playing mcc not finishing halo 5 on legendaryy(the only thing you get is the achiviement)
You’d think that 343i would’ve given us at least an emblem (like Lone Wolf?) for doing so, but no.

The Mythic Mark VI Gen1 armor and helmet come from completing missions in the MCC, not Halo 5.
You also get Mark VI Gen1 Scarred and Helioskrill from the MCC.
What you get is on your service record Dankspartan420, bragging rights and the satisfaction of knowing you could beat it solo

I agree. Doing something the majority of players will NEVER accomplish, be it due to lack of skill or (in my case) simply can’t be bothered to put themselves through that torture, should nay MUST be rewarded accordingly. Halo 4 gave you Master Chief’s armour for use in multiplayer, surely Halo 5 could have given you at least a bunch of Gold REQ packs or one of each Legendary Weapon.
